Jamshedpur Resort and Farm Limited propose to set up a Resort consisting of a 40 Bedrooms Hotel with Conference facilities; and with an Agro Farm of fish culture and processing for local consumption and export purpose at Jamshedpur, Pakitaki, Tamabil Road (Towards Jaflong), Jaintapur, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Taking the total project as 100%, the present owners will be completing 50% of the project by June 2023; and the balance 50% by the end of June 2025 by adding a Business cum Holiday Resort Hotel of 40 Bedrooms with Conference Facilities.
The main objective of the project is to provide an environmentally sustainable contribution to the macro economy of Bangladesh. The company believes it can meaningfully play an important role in that direction. In addition to generating income for the Sponsors, the project will create essential employment opportunities for rural and semi-rural population of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
